Gail Simmons got giddy during her New York Diet last week when she came to the topic of Australian Tim Tam’s cookie contract with Pepperidge Farm and Target. Simmons rediscovered the cookie at the New York Wine & Food Festival last month and is addicted to the rectangular biscuits, which come in chocolate crème or caramel flavors and then are coated in chocolate. Though the Campbell Soup Co. owns both Pepperidge Farm and Tim Tam’s Australian parent, Arnott’s, this is the first time the cookies will be sold in the U.S. Head to the nearest Target and hoard away — Tim Tams are here for only a limited time!
