Perhaps you didn’t catch it, this not being the Windy City, but last week, MenuPages: Chicago did a neat bit of reporting on a rumored “secret” Restaurant Week (aka Dine About Town in these parts) to be put on by OpenTable this very month.
And lo, the prophecy has come true! Today we got a press release from OpenTable announcing their Appetite Stimulus Plan, from Nov. 17-21. It’s pretty much exactly like Dine About Town, with participating restaurants offering three-course prix fixe lunches and dinners for $24 and $35 respectively.
Check out the list of participating restaurants here. There are far fewer in San Francisco than during a normal Dine About Town, but it’s nice that the event is region-wide.
