You Must Do This: Brunch At Mado

On this looking-to-be-dreary day (rain this afternoon, blargh), here is something seriously worth looking forward to: Brunch at Mado.

The team at Mado have been serving their regular lunch menu during brunch hours more or less since the restaurant’s open, but it’s only in recent weeks that they’ve been really ramping up the weekend-morning-hangover-specific element of the menu — roasted chicken and potato hash with fried eggs, bostock brioche baked with almond cream and vanilla syrup served with raspberry compote, a house-smoked ham and cheddar panino with a fried egg — all at astonishingly el cheapo prices.

The menu’s ever-changing, depending on what sort of meats, veggies, fruits, and cheeses chef Rob Leavitt and team have on hand. BYO.
