David Lee, a former sous-chef at the Modern’s Bar Room, recently filled Top Chef Spike Mendelsohn’s shoes at Mai House (Lisa Fernandes was also helping out until recently), and now there’s more carnage, as Dave “I’m Not Your Bitch, Bitch” Martin has left Crave on 42nd. The restaurant will be running on fumes, with a limited menu, for the next two weeks. Hey, as his official site warned, “Dave’s culinary adventures have only just begun.”
