If the Tribune’s Christopher Borrelli ever commits a federal crime (or if he’s already committed one and various concerned citizens wind up finding out about it…), he might find that his predilection for mackerel puts him in a bit of a pickle: should he eat the oh-so-delicious prison-issued fish, or take part in the Federal Prison System’s thriving mackerel-based economy?
