• Bistrot La Minette gets the once over from Adam Erace where the service is, um, spotty, but the important stuff (that would be the food) is “fresh, filling and fearlessly French, with some forgivable flaws. “
• Beer Lass is feeling very seasonal, or so it would seem, given the panoply of pumpkin beers! Of course Dogfish Head’s Punkin’ is named, along with others, both local and not.
• Elsewhere in the food section, Tim McGinnis isn’t ready to let go of Oktoberfest quite yet. Unfortunately, October must end someday, but the plus side is that Philly’s a town with no shortage of great beer bars.
