Deandre Hill, 19, and his brother Darryl Hill, 22, tried to rob Abel Martinez Mejia, 41, as he waited at an Oakland taco truck on his lunch break from his job as a truck driver for Standard Iron and Metals Co. When he resisted, Daryl Hill shot him in the head, according to the San Francisco Chronicle
