The Ripper has followed through on his promise to post recipes for his “Dinner Social” series, a sort of virtual supper club where you can share photos and testimonials of the meals you prepare according to Ripert’s instructions. We’ll see how home cooks fare with the roasted leg of lamb and fingerling potatoes. In the meantime, another Internet-happy chef, Tom Colicchio, has finally made good on posting photos from the first meal at Tom: Tuesday Dinner. The images are small, but if you’re wondering about portion sizes before you plunk down $150, there you have ’em.
