As you know from his endorsement of brains and lamb hearts, Frank Bruni has been answering questions over at the Times. Today, a reader asks whether he networks with the other critics and he responds, “I’ve met Adam Platt of New York Magazine once or twice in passing — maybe just once. I remember being in a restaurant maybe three years ago on the same night he was, and my dining companions knew and spotted him. He said hello to them when he was passing by our table at one point and he and I were introduced then.
