You can get some lunch (but not supper) or see cooking demonstrations from the likes of Cat Cora, Charlie Trotter, and Johnny Iuzzini. One unsurprising change from last year: Prices are up! WHAT:
Bon Appétit Magazine’s culinary “Pop-Up” Supper Club and Café returns to New York
City during the last two weeks of October. A prestigious roster of celebrity chefs will host
cooking demonstrations and book signings that are free and open to the public.
Each afternoon, a lunch menu of soups, salads, sandwiches and sweet treats from Bon
Appétit and the celebrity chefs will be available in the Café. A Daily Special will be
featured at the Chef’s Table.
