It looks like Marcel Vigneron taste tested one too many of his olive-water sphere martinis. Per an Orange Country Register item:

Marcel Vigneron of Bravo’s reality show “Top Chef” was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving at 12:45 a.m. Saturday off of Pacific Coast Highway in Laguna Beach, according to Laguna Beach police records. Vigneron, who was initially stopped on suspicion of speeding, was taken into custody and his bail was set at $2,500.

Amuse-Biatch adds, “Surprisingly, it seems he returned hours later to give a cooking demonstration at the Festival of Arts.” Hey, at least he wasn’t driving the “Top Chef” 18-wheeler.
