Rickshaw Dumpling Bar’s Kenny Lao sent the following message out today: “In response to the Earthquake Disaster in Szechuan CHINA, our chef, Anita Lo, myself and the rest of the RICKSHAW team is donating $1 to the ongoing Red Cross Disaster Relief Efforts in the region for every order of Szechuan Chicken Dumplings (6 for $5.55) sold in our stores. If anyone wants to make a direct donation they can do so here.” If you’re looking for a snack on 23rd Street or 8th Street, Rickshaw’s dumplings are the most ethical ones to eat.
