Naked Cowboy Will Lasso Millions From Qdoba and Spotlight Live

Naked is a relative term for this cowboy.

Things are looking good for Robert Burck, a.k.a. the Naked Cowboy — his manager, Todd Rubenstein, tells us he’s negotiating two separate multi-million-dollar licensing deals with Qdoba and Spotlight Live. The first will lend the Cowboy’s cache to Qdoba’s tortilla-free “naked burrito,” and although the slogan “Get Naked” has been mentioned, we assume it has nothing to do with getting a free shot like at Mehanata.

Rubenstein says Qdoba is opening three stores in the near future and Burck (along with free burritos!) will be at the opening of the 46th Street location, between Madison and Fifth avenues, this Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Meanwhile, in a separate deal, Spotlight Live is planning to turn its first floor into a Naked Cowboy Saloon, where Burck will perform Wednesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

If you want to do Qdoba the Naked Cowboy way, stick to chicken — he tells us that and vegetables are all he eats.
