We always look forward to perusing the latest catalog from Bloomsbury Press, publishers of Anthony Bourdain, Fergus Henderson, Marco Pierre White, and the like. The fall 2008 catalog includes a couple of must-haves: Heston Bloomenthal’s Big Fat Duck Cookbook (out in June and just $250!) and Andrew Carmellini’s first cookbook, Urban Italian. The A Voce toque wrote the book with his wife, Gwen Hyman, a food writer — which proves the two can get along, no matter what Mario Batali says about bloggers.
