This is good. Over at Food & Drinq, the mighty Michael Klein is offering up a huge list of upcoming restaurant openings.
Among the expected stuff (Solomonov’s new Israeli restaurant, the Stephen Starr gastropub, Eric Ripert’s restaurant) there are a few treats. A spinoff of NYC Indian restaurant Joy is opening up near the Art Museum. Gigi is being sold to a partnership that includes Stephenie LaGrossa of Survivor. A new Mexican restaurant and an Asian tapas bar are opening in Manayunk. Jose Garces’ Mexican restaurant is now slated for a July opening. The new Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse has been delayed until late 2008.
