Now that Pearl is in soft open mode in the old Little Pete’s at Chestnut and 19th, all the Philly foodies are happy. Highlights include pho-braised short ribs ($26), a raw bar, braised king shrimp with bouillabaisse ($28) and cashew wok chicken ($18).
