Pernot Gets The WSJ Treatment

Cuba Libre’s Guillermo Pernot was recently the subject of a Wall Street Journal profile. According to Pernot, his goal at Cuba Libre is “to suggest what Cuba’s cuisine would be like today had it continued to flourish beyond the takeover by Fidel Castro.”

We think that’s a good goal.
