Word over at the CityPaper’s blog is that Melograno investor Andrew Krouk and ex-Restaurant M maestro David Katz have successfully obtained a liquor license for their new restaurant at 24th and Locust. An earlier CP preview does not give it much info.
However, anyone familiar with Philadelphia’s depressing city and state bureaucracies knows this is good news indeed — getting that license isn’t so easy here in PA.
