New Year’s Eve Watch: Gigi

Gigi has just announced their New Year’s Eve dinner plans. The restaurant will be offering three packages: A 6-6:30pm dinner ($44 pp), a 8-8:30pm dinner ($55 pp w/ champagne toast, party hats and favors) and a dinner & open bar package from 8:30pm-12:30am ($95 pp).

FIRST COURSE…choice of

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
spiced apple froth

Lobster Consommé
Lobster dumpling, toasted coriander oil

SECOND COURSE…choice of

Frisée Salad
toasted walnuts, gorgonzola, champagne poached pear vinaigrette

New Zealand Mussel Tempura
shaved winter vegetable salad, citrus soy vinaigrette

THIRD COURSE…choice of

Smoked Chile, Orange & Ginger Glazed Chicken Breast
grilled baby bok choy, sweet potato puree

Pan Roasted Rib Eye
gorgonzola polenta cake, haricot verts, caramelized onion, toasted pine nuts

FOURTH COURSE…choice of

Bourbon Vanilla Bean Cheese Cake
champagne guava sauce
