The neck pumpkin (pictured) is distinctly unattractive. But a seasonal dish at Old City’s Bistro 7 roasts the pumpkins in cider with gnocchi, toasted walnuts, brown butter and sage. It just made the pages of Travel + Leisure, in fact.
