Food & Drinq reports that reports that West Chester oyster house Doc Magrogan’s is expanding to a second location. The restaurant has been given permission to operate at Delaware’s Dover Downs Hotel & Casino. They will be the second area restaurant to open a branch there; Public House has signed on as well.
