•We realize that $125 is pretty damn steep for a cooking class that’s not even going to get you a job, but if we told you that the class in question is at Rialto and taught by badass chef Jody Adams, would you be more inclined to shell out the money? If so, do call (617) 661-5050 to reserve for the class, which runs from 11am-2pm, focuses on Emilia-Romagna, and includes lunch. [Rialto]
•We’ll be totally honest. We hated Rachael Ray and her stupid abbreviations and her low-quality food and then we read an interview with her in People Magazine and she was completely charming and funny and drank a whole lot of wine and now we sort of love her? We’re so confused. Anyways, Ray herself will be at the Barnes & Noble in the Pru at 3pm to promote her new book Just In Time. It’ll be free free free, but also, undoubtedly, a mob scene.
