Oh, that’s right: the decades-long history of sexual assault accusations and violent crimes, not to mention the most recent problems: the possible involvement in a journalist’s murder and the multiple health code violations.
Even better: it’s for sale “as is.” But hey, isn’t there some maxim about risk and reward?
