Yes, in fact, the restaurant in question is opening Monday, at which time we will share with you the menu and various other plaudits we’ve been making, and saving, up.
Anyway, the trio (not a trifecta. Maybe closer to a triumverate?) is comprised of blue cheese, bacon and cheddar, and mushroom and swiss miniburgers. Or are they sliders? The menu just calls them “burgers,” which isn’t much help. But aren’t they precious? By the way, someone should work on crisping up those fries. If there’s one thing we won’t stand for, it’s soggy fries. The miniburgers look juicy, though, and that mushroom is glistening like a dewy nymph sautéed fungus. Damn censors!
