Yesterday, we waxed rhapsodic about the burgers at Bartley’s Burger Cottage. What we failed to mention, however, is that Bartley’s is also, apparently, an excellent place to find that special someone…at least, that’s what Mr. Bartley claims. According to this charming clip, “the Cottage literally is a love connection.” We believe it (and not just because we have a Bartley’s love connection of our own). After all, what’s sexier than tearing into an immodestly large burger (preferably one with plenty of toppings)? What’s cuter than ordering the Hillary (mushroom burger with sour cream and fries) while your date chows down on the Bill (BBQ with cheddar and fries)? Nothing, that’s what. So go to Bartley’s, love-seeking Bostonians! Order takeout and smile at the cute boy or girl in line behind you…you’ll have plenty of time to chat before your food is ready.
