The Promo Department’s a little bare early in the week, with plenty of restaurants gearing up for the big Mom’s Day events this weekend. So, we’re going to continue our quest for the best Mother’s Day meals around, and today, we’re going to take a step inside the fabled Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton. Chef Ron Siegel is offering a $125 five-course tasting menu (with an optional $88 pairing) this Sunday from 4:30pm to 9pm.
