I am in search of a restaurant that offers a Sunday Brunch for Mother’s day. I am looking for a nice ambiance, buffet style and unlimited mimosa. The last request may be difficult, but I greatly appreciate any suggestions.
After the jump, Mother’s Day suggestions (tilted to the buffet-y and mimosa-ish) for the city, the suburbs and beyond.
We just got word of a Mother’s Day brunch at the Reef Caribbean Lounge just below South Street at $14.95 per person, with free drinks and desserts for Mom. The chain Fox and Hound (with locations in Center City and King of Prussia, while not offering a buffet, is offering free entrees for Mom. Near the Art Museum, Savannah is offering a Mother’s Day soul food brunch In the suburbs, both Savona and Margot have special Mother’s Day menus and Blush,333 Belrose and Tango Bistro all have buffets. Jake’s in Manayunk is a popular Mother’s Day destination and we also recommend Farmicia, Jack’s Firehouse and Paradiso as well.
