Philadelphia’s Chinatown might be pint-sized, but we make up for it in a lot of ways. Where else can you find Warren Zevon’s favorite Chinese restaurant? Or a convention center next door to a Hong Kong coffeehouse? One of the things we’ve always wondered about is the great Indochinese staredown of 11th Street, where Vietnam and Vietnam Palace face off from opposite sides of the street.
