Last Wednesday, we alerted you to the revelation that Carbón was cooking with gas instead of charcoal, as the name (more than) implies. Well, we were idly contemplating tacos this afternoon, and it occured to us to check up. Seems that they’re still on gas, and it’s “possible” that they may never switch to charcoal. For one thing, they’re really going to have to change the lit on their menu. We’ll be on this one like white on rice (kids, eat brown rice instead!)
