Watching the Marathon coverage has inspired us to straighten up and fly right…or at least eat a healthy lunch today. •At Knowfat! Lifestyle Grille, decadent classics like steak tips are re-conceived as lighter entrees. Bonus: each dish is accompanied by a breakdown of calories and grams of fat, carbohydrates, and protein, which is great if you’re counting calories or just a math nerd.
•Feeling a little more adventurous? Check out the flatbread pizzas at Angora Cafe. The steak, arugula, and feta pizza may have only 263 calories, but it tastes like an indulgence.
•b.good is a culinary oasis for those who work in Back Bay: quick food that isn’t “fast”, and definitely a good alternative to the food court in the Pru. As at Knowfat!, all menu items have nutritional breakdowns attached. We’re particularly fond of the shakes, which, despite using frozen yogurt and skim milk, don’t taste watery.
