Earlier this week, we spent some time on the weekend’s quasi-epic Batali-Cosentino battle on “Iron Chef America.” The memorable shot of the squab talon holding the garlic clove prompted us to start thinking about the best moments in recent episodes of “Iron Chef.” At the top of our list was the Freudian slip from last year’s Mourou-Flay Battle: Frozen Peas.
