Alfresco Dining Shortlist

In yesterday’s Daily News, reporter April Lisante offered a roundup of alfresco dining in Philly. Although Thursday was one of the most miserable days weather-wise that we’ve seen in a while, well… it’s still spring. Technically. We’re hoping outdoors dining will be possible again in just a few days, but in the meantime the Daily News has some recommended spots. The new Tavern 17 will be opening on Rittenhouse Square this May, there’s Patou in Old City, there’s the back garden at Restaurant M and we have the warm-weather debut of the Water Works we well. But c’mon, Daily News. No Rouge? That’s like an article on cheesesteak without a Geno’s mention. Tsk tsk.
