The schmear campaign continues apace.
“There’s a lot that’s up in the air,” says its owner, about a potential relocation.
"The most important ingredient I have is my brain," he says.
"At the moment, it doesn't look like Pastis will go back into that building."
The new one will hopefully be open by November.
The good news is that you've got until the end of 2015 to get in there.
The largely fat-free restaurant will head downtown.
It'll likely reopen nearby, but possibly not in Greenpoint.
It's not moving far.
It'll "end up moving somewhere else pretty close in the area," if at all.
It's coming back, though.
The kosher pizza place will keep slicing, however.
The twelve-seat chef's counter first opened in 2008 on First Avenue.
The "straight-friendly" bar and restaurant will move across town.
Andy Ricker says the bigger kitchen at the relocated Pok Pok Ny will allow the restaurant to serve a larger menu.
