Here Are Bon Appétit’s 50 Best New Restaurants in America

This morning, Bon Appétit unveiled its list of the top 50 best new restaurants in America and three New York City restaurants made the cut. Editor-at-large Andrew Knowlton and deputy editor Julia Kramer named Frenchette, Cervo’s, and Brooklyn’s Ugly Baby to the list. On August 14, the magazine will whittle down the top 50 to the “Hot 10,” which will appear in the upcoming September issue. But until then, check out the full list of nominees below.
