Another day means another food-porny, chef-focused documentary. This time, it’s all about Alain Ducasse, the iconic French chef and renowned culinary idol. Today, Magnolia Pictures dropped a new trailer for the upcoming documentary, The Quest of Alain Ducasse, which follows the 61-year-old chef as he globe-trots from Tokyo to Rio to Manila tasting exotic food, performing quality checks at his 23 restaurants (which share 18 Michelin stars between them), and preparing to open a brand-new restaurant at the Palace of Versailles. (Check out those waiters in period costumes!) The Gilles de Maistre–directed film hits theaters, Amazon, and iTunes on June 8.
