David Chang is almost back on the food tube. The trailer for his new Netflix show Ugly Delicious dropped today, previewing appearances by chef Asha Gomez, food lover extraordinaire Eric Wareheim, Los Angeles Times critic Jonathan Gold, Chang’s mom, a chicken in a field, and others. The trailer also promises “culinary fusion” and “culinary rebels.” If this preview is any indication, it certainly fits the bill as being more in the edgier vein of Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations and Parts Unknown, and less Chef’s Table (David Chang Remix). The show drops on February 23.
