Collab-happy burger chain Shake Shack has run its fair share of buzzy burger and sandwich specials, but this next one sounds particularly good. It’s a breakfast taco from Rosio Sanchez, the former Noma pastry chef and current chef-owner of Copenhagen taqueria Hija de Sanchez. Available for one day only at the original Madison Square Park location on Tuesday, February 6, the taco comes with roasted pork belly, cured egg yolk, avocado, and hot sauce. Complement it with a side of the Chick’n de Sanchez, a crispy-chicken-breast sandwich with chile-de-árbol oil, guajillo-chili mayo, avocado, pickled onions, Boston lettuce, and crema. As in the past, it’s limited quantities only. The Shack will also donate $1 from every item purchase to Mujeres Latinas en Acción, which provides social services and advocacy to Latinas.
