Food & Wine’s ‘Restaurants of the Year 2017’ Include Olmsted and Le Coucou

Today, Food & Wine released its ‘Restaurants of the Year 2017’ list, the first during restaurant editor Jordana Rothman’s tenure. This round, New York is represented by Olmsted and Le Coucou, which the James Beard Foundation named its Best New Restaurant earlier this week. Beyond the five boroughs, big names on the list include Chicago’s Roister, from Grant Achatz’s Alinea Group; Philadelphia’s Rooster Soup Co., opened by Michael Solomon; and San Francisco’s Tartine Manufactory, the all-day spot from Tartine’s Chad Robertson and Liz Prueitt.
