Last night, the International Association of Culinary Professionals held the ceremony for its annual awards. This year’s crop of winners include Vivian Howard, who won three awards including Cookbook of the Year for Deep Run Roots; Katie Parla and Kristina Gill for Eating Rome; and the New York Times for Publication of the Year.
