The island-y chain based on the “lyrics and lifestyle of Jimmy Buffett” was slated to serve margs and cheeseburgers in the food paradise of Times Square, but insiders tell Cuozzo the deal fell through when its would-be landlord — the famous Brill Building — gave pharmacy chain CVS “the entire second floor,” a floor Margaritaville required, along with the ground level and rooftop.
