Add this to the pantheon of incredible internet achievements: A Tumblr account run by artist Arthur Coulet removes all of the gluten from your favorite famous food-y works of art. It’s called the Gluten Free Museum, and while it’s ostensibly about removing the carbs, we think it’s also about inserting some much-needed fun (and a modern dietary update) into the art historical canon.
