The latest spot to gain foreign doppelgängers: Employees Only, the 14-year-old West Village cocktail bar that helped popularize the speakeasy trend. The five partners are opening outposts in Singapore, Miami Beach, and Austin in the coming months, and they’ll look and feel similar to the original. “It’s a proven animal,” says co-owner Jason Kosmas.
