Will Guidara and Anthony Rudolf are hosting their Welcome Conference for the third consecutive year, and the 2016 theme is “Being Present.” (Last year’s conference focused on “Being Right.”) Restaurateurs, business owners, and performers come in from around the country — prior speakers include Danny Meyer, Jon Batiste, Nick Kokonas, and Chipotle’s Steve Ells — so it’s worth marking your calendar: The event will take place in New York on June 6, and tickets go on sale on April 26.
