Still, the pioneer of such procedures as the “Reese’s Peanut-Butter-Ectomy with Oreo Cream Transplant” has arguably made a serious improvement here to humankind’s most overrated combination of sugar and dye. For his festive “Peep Laparotomy,” he cuts holes into the marshmallow birds’ stomachs so he can slowly scoop in the tasty innards of Cadbury Creme Eggs.
