And this summer Chloe Coscarelli and her collaborators at Esquared will bring their guac burgers to their natural environment: Whole Foods’ forthcoming, super-hip 365 store in trendy Silver Lake, Los Angeles, a.k.a. the land of almond milk and grain bowls. The location won’t just be some basic takeout kiosk, but will offer the option to dine in, and there are even whispers of beer and wine. Best of all, you may be able to get your favorite heirloom vegetables tattooed on your bicep after eating that third guac burger — provided the in-house tattoo parlors pan out.
