Good news: There’s no longer a need to queue up at 5:30 p.m. for Momofuku Nishi’s hozon cacio e pepe, tofu with trout roe and turnips, and fancy panna cotta — the restaurant now accepts reservations for dinner, 15 days out. There are a ton of open reservations available, so jump if you’d like to dine soon.
