As part of its kitchen-residency program, Threes Brewing — the 8,000-square-foot beer hall in Gowanus — has brought on Pies ‘n’ Thighs for the fall season. Starting today through October 11, you can wash down a growler of specialty beer with a menu that includes peel-and-eat-shrimp, chicken biscuits with honey butter, toasted corn ragout, braised bratwurst, and beer-battered squash. In Grub’s humble opinion, this is the ideal seasonal collaboration.
