Call it the summer of next-level cold brew. While other New York cafés and restaurants have taken inspiration from everything from Manhattan Specials to Tiki cocktails in creating their dressed-up iced coffee, Toby’s Estate has taken a completely different approach. Starting tomorrow, the Australian import will start offering bottled two-ounce shots ($2.25) of their cold-brew concentrate to go at their three locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan. A small, bottled jolt of caffeine to go, it’s like a Five Hour Energy for the micro-roaster set.
