Sir Patrick Stewart’s great American food adventure — which sounds like a PBS special that Grub would totally watch — continues. First, the renowned thespian had his first-ever slice of pizza, eventually talking up the holy sanctity of the crust. Now, Stewart has heeded the call of the almighty chicken wing. Stewart’s campaign to (re)discover America’s great foodstuffs brought him to Pok Pok Ny, where Andy Ricker’s famously delicious Ike’s Vietnamese fish-sauce wings made short work of the lifelong chicken skeptic. After years of disdaining them as a pointless inconvenience, the born-again gourmand has seen the light and will never, ever be the same.
