Tired of crowdsourcing opinions from Yelp? Facebook has a cure for that: Starting today, it’s piloting a new feature that will show critics’ reviews for select restaurants across America. Now, when you search Facebook for a restaurant, reviews from New York will appear on its page — as well as reviews from friends, other people on Facebook, and publications like Bon Appétit, Condé Nast Traveler, Eater, and the San Francisco Chronicle. It’s supposed to be a quick, streamlined way of finding out where — and what, exactly — everyone is enjoying eating.
This is how reviews appear.
